I love to make anything on a skewer for 2 reasons they're easy and they present well. Skewer food is great for casual parties. Like game day and super bowl parties, as well as tailgating. Spicy Portuguese Beef Steak Kabobs take all of 30 minutes to make start to finish. Serve them with a salad and some yellow rice and you have a complete meal.
