refrigerated crescent rolls
minced green bell pepper
shredded cheddar cheese
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2In a nonstick pan, brown ground beef and peppers, stirring to break up, until cooked on medium heat.
3Add dry taco seasoning mix and 1/3 cup water. Stir and turn heat to low and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
4Unroll crescent rolls and separate into individual triangles, laying in a star pattern, overlapping edges, with points outward, using both cans, placing on baking sheet.
5Spread beans onto inner portion of crescent rolls. Top with half of the cheese. Spread with the meat and top with the other half of cheese.
6Bring up points of dough over meat and tuck in bottom. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until done. Slice and serve.
