Slow Cooker Shredded Beef

apple cider vinegar
Place all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
Remove meat from slow cooker and shred. Return shredded beef to crock pot and cook 30 additional minutes.
To freeze: Place all ingredients into a gallon-sized freezer bag and freeze. Thaw overnight in refrigerator, dump into crock pot, and cook on low for 6 hours. Continue with step 2.
