Rice a Roni Meatball with Red Wine Reduction Sauce

I added the reduction sauce because I love the flavor and it brings an amazing punch to what usually is just boring meatballs.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 box
beef flavored rice a roni
1 large
egg
4 Tbsp
butter
2 c
beef broth
1 c
dry red wine
3 Tbsp
parsley

Step-By-Step

1Take rice a roni out of box and soak it in hot water for 15 minutes then drain.
2Mix rice, beef, egg, and seasoning packet from rice a roni together. Shape into balls.
3Add butter to frying pan. Brown meatballs. Pour beef broth and wine over top.
4Bring to boil and reduce to simmer and simmer 20 minutes.
5Remove meatballs and serve with sauce garnish with parsley
