Wow so good the meat just falls apart. The gravy is rich and delicious.

roast of choice
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix
1 tsp
each salt and smoked paprika
1
bay leaf
1 large
onion chopped
2 c
fresh mushrooms chopped
6 clove
garlic minced
4 c
beef broth
1 c
dry red wine

Step-By-Step

1Season the roast with the salt and smoked paprika. Add to pressure cooker. Add all ingredients on top of roast.
