I was looking through cheeseburger casseroles here on the site when a commercial for the Big Mac caught my attention. Of course, my wheels started turning... seasoned ground beef, homemade "special sauce," cheese, refrigerated biscuits. Hey - I think this could work! Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce, onion, and pickle...don't forget the fries on the side. (: Southern Food With Flare

This easy casserole recreates a fast-food favorite and it's delicious. A fantastic back-to-school dinner recipe because it's one everyone will enjoy. We like how you get a bit of biscuit in every bite. And that sauce .... make an extra batch and store it in the fridge. It's that good!
