Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lb
lean beef round cut into bite size pieces
1 large
onion/ sliced thin
2 clove
garlic minced
1 box
beef broth
1 bottle
good red wine burgundy or merlot or your choice
1 tsp
beef seasoning
2 Tbsp
olive oil to brown beef and onions
10 oz
clean sliced fresh mushrooms
1 pkg
carrots sliced
1 box
frozen tiny onions
1 bag(s)
noodles, cooked
corn starch or flour and water mixed well to thicken
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown beef and add onions sauté in olive oil
After seasoning with a good beef seasoning

Place beef and onions into crockpot

Pour beef stock over meat

Add bottle of wine

Add garlic
Add three Bay Leaves

Cover and put on Low for 6-8 hours setting

After about five hours add carrots

About one hour before serving add mushrooms and pearl onions

Thicken sauce
Remove all Bay Leaves!!!

Add salt and fresh pepper to taste

Serve over cooked egg noodles with some good warmed rolls or bread .
