Very easy recipe for busy nights. You can add any vegetable variation, seasonings to your taste or leave just as is and serve with a side salad. I have added garlic, onion and chopped peppers to the ground beef while cooking before.

Ingredients

1 lb
lean ground beef
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 pkg
broad "no yolks" pasta
1 can(s)
sliced mushrooms
pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Cook pasta as per package directions. Drain and return to pot, set aside.
2Meanwhile, brown ground beef, add mushrooms half way through browning. Add seasoning to taste.
3Add soup to ground meat.
4Combine meat mixture to drained pasta, mix well. Serve with side salad.
