Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
16 oz
elbow macaroni
2 (24 oz.) can(s)
diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can(s)
mushrooms, drained
1/4 c
chopped onion
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
parsley
1/2 tsp
paprika
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
15 oz
tomato sauce
1 c
mozzarella, shredded (optional)
pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Cook the macaroni al dente. Drain. In a large pot,

2In a dutch oven, brown the ground beef with the onion until the beef is completely browned and onion is softened. Pour off excess grease.

3Add macaroni and all other ingredients to the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes until heated through. Serve hot with cheese sprinkled on top if desired.
