Ingredients

1/4 c
dijon mustard
1/4 c
horseradish
1/4 c
fresh rosemary, chopped
1/4 c
garlic, minced
1 Tbsp
black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp
onion powder
1 Tbsp
olive oil
4 lb
beef tenderloin

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

In a bowl,stir together all ingredients except the beef tenderloin.

Rub the mixture over the entire surface of the beef.

Put the tenderloin in a heavy nonstick roasting pan without a rack.

Bake, uncovered, approximately 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 132 for medium rare.

Let meat rest for 10 to 15 minutes before carving.
