I love cooking with the crock pot. This recipe is excellent and so easy. I serve it with stewed or mashed potatoes on the side.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lb
round steak
1 can(s)
petite diced tomato, undrained
1 jar(s)
(12 oz.) beef gravy
1 medium
onion, quartered
4 clove
garlic, minced
1 tsp
dried thyme
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/4 c
flour
1-2 large
carrots, diced
4 Tbsp
vegetable oil

Step-By-Step

1Mix together tomatoes, garlic, beef gravy, diced carrot, worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and thyme, set aside.

2Season each side of steak with salt and pepper to taste. Dredge steaks in flour and brown on both sides in hot oil.

3Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
