Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can(s)
tomato paste
1 1/2 Tbsp
minced onion
1 1/2 Tbsp
chili powder
1 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
turmeric
1/4 tsp
white pepper
1/4 tsp
cumin
1/4 tsp
cayenne

taco shells
shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Step-By-Step

1Brown the beef in a skillet. Drain grease.
2Add tomato paste and onion. Stir well.
3Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4Let simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
5Spoon into taco shells and top with lettuce, tomato and cheese if desired.
6**You can also add sour cream, salsa and/or picante sauce if you like.
