frozen peas and carrots
Brown ground beef and onions, drain.
Add worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic, black pepper
Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture and combine.
Add 1/2 cup water and kitchen bouquet. Simmer for 10 minutes
Add peas and carrots and simmer 5 minutes longer.
Place red peppers in baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Fill peppers with beef mixture and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake on 350* for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
