Ingredients

8 large
flour burrito tortillas
1 lb
ground beef
1/2 c
chopped onions
4 clove
garlic minced
2 Tbsp
taco seasoning or one packet
1/2 tsp
chili powder
2 c
shredded cheddar
1 lb
velveeta cheese or use mexican velveeta and omit the cajun seasoning
1/2 c
heavy cream
1 tsp
cajun seasoning

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown the beef with chopped onions, and garlic. Add the taco seasoning and chili powder. Add salt to taste. Remove from heat and add shredded cheese.

Meanwhile melt Velveeta with heavy cream. Once smooth add cajun seasoning.

Warm tortillas. Add meat mixture. Roll up. Pour Velveeta sauce over top
