Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lb
stewing beef
2 Tbsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
butter
2 stalk(s)
celery, chopped
2 large
carrots, chopped
1 lb
potatoes, chopped
2 clove
garlic, chopped

bay leaves
1 Tbsp
parsley, dried
1 c
dark beer
1 c
beef stock
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes with green chilis
2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Season beef with salt & pepper. Place all ingredients in large freezer bag except beer and beef stock.

Place stew mixture in crockpot, add beer and beef stock and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
