Ingredients

1/4 c
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
corn starch
1 Tbsp
dry sherry
1 tsp
sugar
1 lb
stir-fry beef
2 Tbsp
peanut oil
1/2 c
water
1/2 tsp
salt
20
snow peas, strings removed
1 can(s)
waterchesnuts

HOT COOKED RICE

Step-By-Step

1Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add meat; stir to coat; marinate 15 minutes.
2Heat oil in an uncovered wok over medium high heat or 400 degrees in electric wok. Add meat and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
3add 1/2 cup water and salt and stir until thickened.
4Add snow peas and waterchesnuts and stir-fry 1 minute. Serve immediately over hot cooked rice.
