Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lb
lean ground beef
2
eggs, beaten
1 pkg
onion soup mix
1 c
plain, dry bread crumbs
1 small
onion, grated
2 clove
garlic, minced
2 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c
milk
1 bottle
of your favorite barbecue sauce

Step-By-Step

1Mix together meat, egg, milk, soup mix, onions, garlic, parsley, and bread crumbs.

2Shape into bite-sized meat balls and place on a cookie sheet. Brown meat balls for 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven; drain grease.

3Put meat balls into crock pot and pour your favorite barbecue sauce over the top. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
