red wine

can crushed tomatoes

brown sugar

potatoes

carrots, scraped and sliced
1 pinch
thyme
2 Tbsp
chopped, fresh parsley
3 medium
onions, chunked

tapioca

frozen english peas

Step-By-Step

1Put all ingredients except for frozen peas in slow cooker and cook on high for 5 hours.

2Add in frozen peas in the last 10-15 minutes of cooking.
