Sherri's Story

Hubby calls me at work today to say that our friends Mike and Matt are coming over to visit this evening. He then asks if I could throw something together. My reply, I'll do something with that leftover spaghetti...they LOVED IT...and the hub's was beside himself...he wants me to make these babies for our New Years Eve Party...this is what I came up with...Cooking with Passion, sw:)


3 c
leftover spaghetti & meat sauce
8 oz
italian shredded cheese
2 large
eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c
panko bread crumbs

Directions Step-By-Step

combine ingredients 1-3 in a mixing bowl
fold well, try not to break up the spaghetti into small pieces
make 2 inch spaghetti balls. roll spaghetti balls in bread crumbs. make sure you have an even coating***chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or so, for a firmer ball***
deep fry at 350 degrees until golden brown. serve with your favorite marinara sauce
