Ingredients
- 1 - 10 oz cans refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 1 teaspoon olive oil, extra virgin, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes with onion & garlic, drained
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1" pieces
- 1/2 cup basil, fresh, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
How To Make quick & easy margherita pizza

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2Unroll crust dough onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; pat into a 13" x 11" rectangle. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove crust from oven & brush with 1/2 tsp oil. Sprinkle garlic evenly over crust.

Step 3Arrange tomatoes on crust, leaving a 1/2" border; evenly place cheese over tomatoes; top evenly with basil & season with salt & pepper. Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese melts & crust is golden.

Step 4Combine 1/2 tsp oil & vinegar, stirring with a whisk.

Step 5Drizzle the vinegar mixture evenly over the pizza. Cut pizza into 8 pieces.
