Pepperoni Bread Roll

Looking for something to do today so I decided to poke around in the kitchen to see what I had on hand. Made this from scratch for the kids brunch. Turned out real yummy. (No yeast). Add some marinara dip on the side and enjoy!

Ingredients

DOUGH

2 c
flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1/4 c
vegetable oil
2/3 c
milk

FILLING

pepperoni
mozzarella cheese

TOPPING

parmesan cheese
olive oil

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a cookie sheet spray non stick oil/butter.

MIx all ingredients for dough together until you get a nice firm ball. Roll out with a rolling pin. (I did not have to flour the surface or pin because of the oil in the dough).

Put desired amount of cheese and pepperoni on top of rolled dough.

Roll up the dough and pinch the ends. Brush with olive oil then top with parmesan cheese.

Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool then slice.

****Optional:Serve with a side of marinara.
