Cook spaghetti and drain. Brown ground beef and drain. Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream well, stirring until cream cheese is blended with the cottage cheese and sour cream.
Stir spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce into the meat. In a 9 x 13" pan, layer 1/2 meat sauce, spaghetti, and cheese mixture; top with remainder of meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered with foil. Uncovered, top with grated cheese and bake 10 more minutes.
I used grated cheddar cheese and it was very good. I think this will even be better heated up the second day. ENJOY!!
