- focaccia bread, cut into sandwich size squares,
1Cut fociccia bread in half to make two slices of bread. Place cheese, then meatballs ( I usually cut my meatballs in half to fit better), then another slice of cheese.
2Brown sides & melt cheese using panni press. If using skillet or griddle, flip over & brown both sides, use another skillet on top to help press down sandwich.
