Sprinkle a little salt on the eggplant
In 1 bowl beat egg, add 1 cup milk
In 2nd bowl put Italian brd crumbs. add a little flour, parm. cheese, garlic salt.
Mix egg and milk together with a little garlic salt as well
Dip eggplant slice in egg mixture then coat with breadcrumbs
When your done frying lay the eggplant on paper towel and drain
layer in pan; sauce first then eggplant, sauce a little mozzarella,and so on bake at 375 25-40 min
