Finely dice celery, carrot, onion, garlic, and cook in olive oil. In separate pan cook bulk Italian sausage til done and in small pieces, drain &/or rinse. Add chicken broth. Drain and rinse Cannellini beans, add to soup mixture. Add 1 can of drained collards and warm all thru. Season to taste. Herbs, salt, pepper. Salute or seasons of choice.
