Italian Sausage, Cannellini beans, & Collard Soup

- stalk celery chopped
- large carrot chopped
- container low sodium chicken broth
- 1 lb
- bulk italian sausage
- can drained collards
- cannellini beans
- 1 large
- garlic clove or minced garlic
1Finely dice celery, carrot, onion, garlic, and cook in olive oil. In separate pan cook bulk Italian sausage til done and in small pieces, drain &/or rinse. Add chicken broth. Drain and rinse Cannellini beans, add to soup mixture. Add 1 can of drained collards and warm all thru. Season to taste. Herbs, salt, pepper. Salute or seasons of choice.
