Thought I would give this is a try and it turned out really well and very good. Taste just like it came off of a wood burned stove. (I have a gas grill.) I made a 13" pizza and served it with a side salad. Delish!
Warm the pizza crust on the grill. Maybe 5 minutes. Watch it or it will burn unless you have a gas grill where you can control either side of the heat. (I turned off the one side and cooked it there.) After heated through add the pizza sauce and all of your toppings. Heat through. Turn off the grill, close the lid and let the cheese melt. Serve with a side salad.
