press dough out in a 15 X 10 X 1.5 pan greased with olive oil and lightly dusted with white cornmeal
top the crust: start with your cheese first, then your pepperoni, then ladle the sauce on top, followed by the italian seasoning and grated parmesan. place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes on lowest rack setting.
