In a large bowl mix in 1 1/4 cups of flour, dry yeast packet, salt, oil and warm water.Mix for 3 minutes with a wire wisk.
Next, add in another 1 1/4 cups of flour with a wooden spoon until the mixture comes together.
turn dough out onto floured surface and knead until there are no more lumps (about 1 minute).
cover with a dish towel on counter and let it rise for 10 minutes. preheat oven to 425. bake pizza for 10-15 minutes.
