Ingredients For bruschetta breakfast pizza

  • TOPPING:
  • 1 1/2 c
    tomato, diced
  • 1/4 c
    green onions (both greens & whites), sliced
  • 5 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 4 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • EGGS:
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 6 lg
    eggs, well beaten
  • 1/3 c
    alfredo sauce
  • PIZZA:
  • 1 - 10 oz.
    thin prepared pizza crust (11")
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    basil, fresh, chopped

How To Make bruschetta breakfast pizza

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Combine all topping ingredients in medium bowl; set aside.

    Melt butter in 10" nonstick skillet; add eggs. Cook over medium heat, lifting gently & stirring slightly to allow uncooked portions to flow underneath, until set (2 - 3 minutes). Remove from heat; stir in Alfredo sauce.

    Place pizza crust onto large ungreased baking sheet; top with egg mixture. Spoon tomato topping over eggs. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until heated through. Immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese & fresh basil.
