- TOPPING:

1 1/2 ctomato, diced

1/4 cgreen onions (both greens & whites), sliced

5 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 tspsalt

4 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
- EGGS:

1 Tbspbutter
-
6 lgeggs, well beaten
-
1/3 calfredo sauce
- PIZZA:
-
1 - 10 oz.thin prepared pizza crust (11")

1/4 cparmesan cheese
-
3 Tbspbasil, fresh, chopped
How To Make bruschetta breakfast pizza

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Combine all topping ingredients in medium bowl; set aside.

2Melt butter in 10" nonstick skillet; add eggs. Cook over medium heat, lifting gently & stirring slightly to allow uncooked portions to flow underneath, until set (2 - 3 minutes). Remove from heat; stir in Alfredo sauce.

3Place pizza crust onto large ungreased baking sheet; top with egg mixture. Spoon tomato topping over eggs. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until heated through. Immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese & fresh basil.

4Cut into 6 wedges. Serve immediately.
