My Husband and Grandkids just love this Pizza.I usually have to make it twice a month.My Mother lives in Alaska and made this for us when she came to visit.I made a few changes and it is soooo good.

Ingredients

PIZZA CRUST

3 c
all purpose flour(must be)
1 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
oil
1 Tbsp
yeast(like used in bread machine)
1/2 tsp
sugar
1 c
warm water used as needed(generally takes more you want your dough to be tacky

PIZZA TOPPING

1/2-1 c
your favorite pizza sauce
1/2 lb
fresh mozzerella ball
1/2 c
chopped bell pepper
1/2 c
onions
1 c
fresh mushrooms,canned can be used
1 pkg
pepperoni
1/2 c
each chopped ham,italian sausage and chopped canadian bacon or meats of your choice
11/2 c
grated mozzerella cheese separated
1 c
grated cheddar cheese....add more cheese if you like it cheesy.

Step-By-Step

1MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS EXCEPT YEAST AND WHISK UNTIL BLENDED.
2MAKE A HOLE IN THE FLOUR MIXTURE AND ADD OIL THEN YEAST
3POUR WATER ABOUT HALF AT A TIME AND MIX.ADD WATER UNTIL YOU HAVE A TACKY BLOB
4POUR MIXTURE ONTO A FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD WITH FLOUR UNTIL YOU HAVE A SMOOTH BALL.
5PUT BALL INTO A WELL OILED BOWL AND PUT SOME OIL ON TOP OF BALL AND COVER WITH A TOWEL UNTIL IT RISES DOUBLE.USUALLY 2 HOURS.
6TURN OUT ON A FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD FOR ABOUT 3-5 MINUTES. THEN CUT IN HALF AND ROLL EACH PIECE TO THE SIZE YOU WANT IT.
7PUT ON A GREASED LARGE PIZZA PAN AND GENTLY STRETCH TO THE SIZE OF THE PAN.
8THEN PUT YOUR SAUCE NOT TOO HEAVY
9ADD FRESH MOZZERELLA CHEESE IF AVAILABLE.PINCH THE CHEESE ALL OVER THE DOUGH.ADD SOME GRATED MOZZ.CHEESE JUST ENOUGH FOR THE MEAT TO STICK TOO.
10ADD CHOPPED MEATS OF YOUR LIKING ,ONIONS,BELL PEPPERS AND MUSHROOMS.
11TOP WITH ABOUT 2 CUPS GRATED MOZZ AND CHEDDAR CHEESE BLEND.
12BAKE IN A 450 OVEN UNTIL CHEESE IS GOLDEN.
13LET IT SET FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES.THIS MAKES 2 LARGE THIN CRUST OR 1 LARGE THICK CRUST.
