|1/2 lb lean ground beef|
|1 egg, lightly beaten|
|1/3 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs|
|1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese|
|1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic|
|1 teaspoon oregano|
|1 teaspoon italian seasoning|
|1/4 cup milk|
|1/4 cup finely chopped onion|
My family is big on spaghetti, but we never really did the spaghetti and meatball thing, usually we just chop up sausage links. I had some students make meatballs for a final and it was good. So, I wanted to try and took a Johnsonville recipe and tweaked it. These are AMAZING! They were great with pasta but mind blowing on top of french bread with some sauce and a little Mozzarella!
Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce, pasta/bread.
