How To Make pineapple stuffed french toast

1Arrange bread in 4 stacks so that equal size slices are on top of each other. Evenly spread 1 tbsp of cream cheese on 1 slice in each stack, leaving a 1/4" border. Top each stack with remaining slice & press gently to seal.

2In a large bowl, combine eggs & cream, whisking until smooth.

3Melt 1 tbsp butter in skillet over medium high heat. Working in batches, quickly dip both sides of each sandwich into egg mixture (DO NOT SOAK). Transfer to skillet & cook for 2 - 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining butter & sandwiches. Serve warm & with syrup.
