Captain Crunch French Toast

- scoop of vanilla ice cream melted
- 1 c
- crushed captain crunch cereal
- loaf of challah bread or any thick sliced bread
1Set your oven too 350. Mix your eggs with your melted ice cream. Have in a separate bowl your crushed cereal.
2take your sliced bread and dip it into your egg and ice cream mix and then dip in your cereal to fully coat your bread.
3Place your coated bread pieces onto a cookie sheet and bake for about 20 min on one side or until golden and then turn over and repeat.
