- 3 bagel, plain, sliced in 1/2
- 4 x large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- GARNISH:
- confectioners' sugar
- maple syrup
How To Make bagel french toast

Step 1In a large bowl, add eggs, cream, butter, extract, sugar & cinnamon; whisk until combined.

Step 2Take bagel halves & dunk just as you would regular french toast & fry in skillet until golden brown. Top off with dusting of confectioners' sugar & maple syrup!
