you can use frozen yucca. You can use grouper,salmon.It keeps the fish so moist.

Ingredients

10 oz
mahi mahi filets cut in half
3 oz
yucca root graded
3 oz
sweet potatoes
2 medium
eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Mix yucca and sweet potato and salt and pepper
2Brush fish with eggwash. Top the fish with the mixture.
3Sear mixture side down. When it is golden brown flip it over.
4And finish in a 350 oven for about 10 minutes.
