Ingredients

1 can(s)
pink salmon
1
egg
1/2 c
crushed ritz type crackers
1/2 c
corn
2 Tbsp
ketchup
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper
1/2
squeezed lime
1 Tbsp
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Clean the bones from the canned salmon and break up with your hands.(you may want to use gloves)

2Beat the egg in a bowl, add the salmon, crackers, corn, lime juice, ketchup and cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly.

3Form and shap into patties.

4Heat the tablespoon of oil in skillet. Drop the patties into the pan and cook approximately 5-7 minutes on each side.

5Carefully remove from pan and serve with vegetable or salad.
