Jean's Notes:

This recipe was sent to me by Linda. She also furnished the picture. Recipe is so good!

Directions

1
Prehead oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with sides with foil.
2
Melt butter in oven on lined cookie sheet. Lay lemon slices on melted butter. Lay shrimp on top of butter and lemons. Sprinkle the dry Italian dressing mix on top of shrimp.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, until light golden brown.
3
This is great alone or served on pasta or rice using melted butter/lemon juice drizzled on top.

It is hard for me to say how many shrimp to use since shrimp come in different weights and sizes. Just use your own judgment. I usually us a medium shrimp and I can lay around 36 on a cookie sheet.

Oh, my! This will be tried as soon as I thaw some shrimp. This would be good to be eaten as an appetizer.

Tried this recipe last night, so yummy as is! Big hit with my husband. This is the first time I made a shrimp dish. We used the leftover sauce and dripping in the pan to pour over angel hair pasta. Will definitely make again!

Patti sorry I didn't see your post before. I have been very sick for a several months. Yes the packet is sold in the salad dressing section. Just sprinkle over the shrimp.

Angela, glad you enjoyed the dish. I love it not only because it taste great but because it is so simple and can be done in a flash if company shows up unannounced.

This looks like a terrific recipe, & now that I know about the seasoning packet, we can try this very soon! Low Carb-ers, here, & instead of pasta, we'll use zucchini noodles! Thank you!
