Simple and Yummy Tuna Noodle Casserole

This is super simple to make and will make it to your list of comfort food favorites. I use fresh baby bella mushrooms. I like panko instead of regular bread crumbs for that extra crunch, and cant forget the Manischewitz egg noodles. I find them to be the best. Ready in 35 minutes.

Ingredients

1 bag(s)
manischewitz egg noodles
1/4 c
chopped onion
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 c
frozen peas
2 can(s)
tuna
1 c
sliced bella mushrooms
2 can(s)
condensed cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c
panko bread crumbs
To Taste
salt
1/2 c
celery

Step-By-Step

1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C)
3In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup, and mushrooms. Transfer to 9x13 baking dish, and top with the remaining cup of cheese and panko bread crumbs.
4Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
