Ingredients For shrimp skillet

1 lgonion, vidalia, peeled & chopped

1/4 cred bell pepper, chopped
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 Tbspbutter
-
1 cwater
-
1/2 cham, cubed
-
6 oz cantomato sauce
-
2 tspapple cider vinegar
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
3/4 cinstant rice, uncooked
-
1/4 lblarge shrimp, peeled, deveined & tails off
How To Make shrimp skillet

1In a skillet, saute onion, bell pepper & garlic in butter until tender. Stir in water, ham, tomato sauce, vinegar & pepper. Bring to a boil.

2Reduce heat; cover & simmer for 3 minutes. Add rice; cover & cook for 5 minutes. Add shrimp; cook 3 - 5 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink & rice is cooked.
