Ingredients
- 1 - 13 oz cans refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined & tails off
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup zesty italian dressing
- 1 - 8 oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 - 4 oz jars marinated mushrooms, drained
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces parmesan cheese, fresh
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup basil, fresh, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
How To Make shrimp pizza

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; press into 13" x 9" rectangle. Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Step 3Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook shrimp & garlic in 1/2 of zesty dressing over medium high heat, 3 - 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, cool 5 minutes.

Step 4In small bowl, combine cream cheese & remaining zest dressing; mix well. Spread cream cheese mixture onto cooled crust, leaving 1/4" border around sides. Top with shrimp, marinated mushrooms, shredded cheeses, onions & red pepper. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinke with basil.
