Ingredients For shrimp & jack quesadilla

  • 1 tsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1/4 lb
    medium shrimp, peeled, deveined & tails off, uncooked
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 2 - 8"
    flour tortillas
  • 2
    kraft pepper jack slices with a touch of philadelphia
  • 1/4 c
    salsa
  • 1/2
    avocado, sliced

How To Make shrimp & jack quesadilla

    Preheat pannini grill (or skillet on medium heat).

    In another small skillet, heat oil. Add shrimp & cayenne; cook & stir; 3 - 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

    Top 1 tortilla with 1 cheese slice, shrimp, salsa & avocados; cover with remaining cheese slice & tortilla.

    Grill 4 minutes or until golden brown (or 3 minutes each side, if doing in skillet). Cut into wedges.
