Ingredients For shrimp & jack quesadilla

1 tspvegetable oil

1/4 lbmedium shrimp, peeled, deveined & tails off, uncooked

1/8 tspcayenne pepper
-
2 - 8"flour tortillas
-
2kraft pepper jack slices with a touch of philadelphia

1/4 csalsa
-
1/2avocado, sliced
How To Make shrimp & jack quesadilla

1Preheat pannini grill (or skillet on medium heat).

2In another small skillet, heat oil. Add shrimp & cayenne; cook & stir; 3 - 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

3Top 1 tortilla with 1 cheese slice, shrimp, salsa & avocados; cover with remaining cheese slice & tortilla.

4Grill 4 minutes or until golden brown (or 3 minutes each side, if doing in skillet). Cut into wedges.
