Shrimp and Feta Sauce

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 can italian style peeled tomatoes, chopped, 28 oz
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and cleaned
- 5 oz. feta cheese, cubed, or more
- fettuccini or linguini
1Heat garlic in olive oil until it just begins to brown. Use a large skillet.
2Add tomatoes, parsley, oregano, and pepper. Simmer until sauce is thick. Add olives, shrimp and feta cheese.
3Cook until shrimp is done, about 15 minutes. Serve with fettuccini or linguini. Serves 4 to 6
