Ingredients

2 can(s)
salmon
1/2 c
long grain rice
1/2 c
carrots, grated
1/4 c
onion, chopped
1
egg
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Put salmon and its juice in a bowl, remove skin and bones.

2Add rice and onions, egg salt and pepper; mix well and form into small balls.

3Put in greased casserole leaving space for expansion.

4Mix the soup and water and pour over the balls; cover and bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
