Ingredients

2 1/4 c mayonnaise
1/2 c creole mustard
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce
2 Tbsp fresh minced garlic
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp parsley chopped

I like to use this on my crab cakes,

 

Directions

Mix all ingredient together with a burr mixer.

chill and serve, over crab cakes,shrimp cocktail.

Is it missing a touch of katsup or tomato? What gives it the pretty color?

Hi you can add A teaspoon of ketchup or a little more hot sauce.

Can a bit of horseradish be added to kick it up instead of the hot sauce? I think it would work.
