Pan Fried Suckers
I can still remember the delicious fish fry's we had.
- parts wheat flour
- part pumpernickle rye flour
- part corn meal
- sucker fish fillets
Shake sucker fillets in flour mixture using a paper bag.
Lay fillets on a rack for about 1/2 an hour.
Flour will absorb moisture.
Shake fish in flour again before dropping into the pan.
