Mussels with Guinness Butter

Heat Skillet over med-high heat with a little oil in the pan add mussels, cover.
Check to see if all mussels have opened - discard closed mussels. Add Guinness. Cover and let steam for 3-5 minutes
Add sliced butter and honey - let cook until butter is melted
Serve with a drizzle of honey
