Ingredients

2 lb
cleaned mussels
1/2 c
guinness stout beer
1/2 c
butter
2 1/2 Tbsp
honey

Step-By-Step

1Heat Skillet over med-high heat with a little oil in the pan add mussels, cover.
2Check to see if all mussels have opened - discard closed mussels. Add Guinness. Cover and let steam for 3-5 minutes
3Add sliced butter and honey - let cook until butter is melted
4Serve with a drizzle of honey
