Maple Garlic Salmon

Gwen Schollian

The morning I am making this dish; I mix the marinade in a small (custard size) bowl and store in refrigerator. When I come in from work, I place the fish and marinade in the dish I will be cooking it in. While the fish is marinading I get brown rice and salad ready to serve with this fish dish.

1Mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt and pepper together in a baking dish large enough to hold your salmon..
