Lobster Tails (broiled)

A lady I took care of taught me this recipe, and it is the tastiest recipe I have found for Lobster.

Ingredients

3 - 8 oz.
lobster tails
1 c
butter
1 Tbsp
chili powder (or more to taste)
3 clove
fresh garlic/minced
1 tsp
grated orange peel
1 tsp
lemon juice

Step-By-Step

1In small pan, melt butter, & saute garlic. Add chili powder, orange peel, and lemon juice. Simmer on low while cleaning the under side of lobster tails (leave in shell).
2Place lobster (shell side down) on broiling pan.
3Baste lobster with butter mixture (reserve some of mixture to baste lobster half way through cooking time). Broil for 15-18 min. or until lobster is golden brown.

Best served hot.
