- MANGO BBQ SAUCE:

1/4 ctomato sauce, reduced sodium

2 Tbspmango nectar
-
2 Tbspketchup, reduced sugar

2 tspdark brown sugar, lightly packed

2 tspapple cider vinegar
-
1 tspdark molasses
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 ctomatoes, diced
-
1/4 cmango, diced
- FISH:

2tilapia fillets
- GARNISH:

1 tspcilantro, dried
How To Make hg bbq mango tilapia (or chicken)

1In a medium bowl, combine tomato sauce, mango nectar, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, molasses, & garlic powder. Whisk thoroughly & then stir in diced tomatoes & mango.

2Place fish & sauce in a container & toss to coat. Cover & let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat on the stove. Add fish & marinade. Once marinade begins to simmer, cover & cook until the fish is tender & cooked through, about 5 minutes.

4Plate the tilapia & top with any excess marinade from the skillet. Garnish with cilantro & enjoy!
