Grilled Salmon with Lime Butter

Ingredients

1/4 c
lime juice
1-2 clove
garlic, chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1/2 c
butter, melted

4-6 salmon fillets, with skin

Directions Step-By-Step

Puree the lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in an electric
blender.

Add the melted butter and process until emulsified.

Refrigerate until ready to use. Season the salmon with salt
and pepper and grill over hot coals, flesh sides down, for
about 4 minutes. Turn the salmon over and grill until just
cooked through, about 4 minutes more. Top each fillet with
about 1 Tbs (15 ml) of the lime butter.
